Project Manager - Grocery/Self-Storage - Midlothian,VA

As a Project Manager, you'll oversee the full lifecycle of commercial construction projects, managing schedules, budgets, and subcontractor coordination. Reporting to the Executive VP, you'll work closely with superintendents and ensure project excellence from preconstruction through completion.

Description

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of ground-up construction projects valued between $1M-$30M.
• Supervise on-site superintendents and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
• Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Oversee subcontractor coordination, procurement, and quality control.
• Visit project sites as needed (travel about once a month for a few days).

Profile

• At least 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in commercial construction.
• Familiarity with self-storage, grocery, or industrial sectors preferred.
• Strong proficiency in Procore, Sage 300, and related software.
• A collaborative leader with excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Flexibility to travel out of state as required.
