Senior Estimator

The Senior Estimator will play a key role in managing and preparing accurate cost estimates for construction projects within the commercial construction industry. This role requires a strong background in construction estimation and a keen attention to detail.

Description

• Prepare detailed cost estimates for construction projects within the property industry.
• Analyze project specifications, drawings, and other documents to determine project requirements.
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure estimates align with project goals and timelines.
• Research and source materials, labor costs, and subcontractor pricing to provide accurate estimates.
• Review and manage bid proposals, ensuring they meet project and client specifications.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of construction trends, materials, and pricing.
• Provide support during the project negotiation and contract phase.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure alignment on project costs and expectations.
