Senior Estimator
The Senior Estimator will play a key role in managing and preparing accurate cost estimates for construction projects within the commercial construction industry. This role requires a strong background in construction estimation and a keen attention to detail.

Our client is an established commercial general contracting company based on Long Island - With a steady and growing diverse project pipeline.
Description
- Prepare detailed cost estimates for construction projects within the property industry.
- Analyze project specifications, drawings, and other documents to determine project requirements.
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure estimates align with project goals and timelines.
- Research and source materials, labor costs, and subcontractor pricing to provide accurate estimates.
- Review and manage bid proposals, ensuring they meet project and client specifications.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of construction trends, materials, and pricing.
- Provide support during the project negotiation and contract phase.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure alignment on project costs and expectations.

Profile
A successful Senior Estimator should have:
- Proven experience in construction estimating within the property industry.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in construction estimation software and tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with project teams and stakeholders.
- Knowledge of construction materials, processes, and industry standards.
