- Lead field operations for SCIF and secure facility construction projects
- Enforce compliance with ICD‑705, TEMPEST, UL, and all security protocols
- Coordinate with federal agencies, security officers, and project stakeholders
- Oversee subcontractors, scheduling, quality control, and site logistics
- Manage documentation, access control, incident reporting, and inspection readiness
Profile
- 5-10+ years as a Superintendent on federal, SCIF, or mission‑critical projects
- Strong working knowledge of ICD‑705 and secure construction standards
- Proven ability to manage fast‑paced technical builds with strict compliance
- U.S. citizenship required
