Quality Engineer
As a Quality Engineer, you would be responsible for maintaining and improving the plant's Quality Management System through managing audits, controlling documentation, and analyzing quality data. This role involves collaborating with various departments and other plant locations to ensure compliance with standards like AS9100 and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Description
As the quality engineer you will:
- Manage and execute internal and external quality audits to ensure compliance with AS9100 and customer specifications.
- Oversee the plant's Quality Management System, including document control, corrective actions, and performance metric tracking.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues and implement process improvements for products and processes.
- Develop and conduct training for internal auditors and champion a culture of continuous improvement throughout the facility.
Profile
A successful candidate profile:
- Holds a Bachelor of Science degree in an Engineering discipline and possesses at least three years of relevant experience in a quality assurance role within a manufacturing environment.
- Demonstrates a strong understanding of quality management systems, particularly AS9100 standards, and has experience managing audit processes (internal and external).
- Exhibits excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, identify root causes, and implement effective corrective and preventive actions.
- Possesses strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at various levels.
