Description

As a Superintendent, you will play a critical role in overseeing all aspects of on-site project execution. You will be responsible for maintaining schedules, ensuring quality workmanship, and upholding the highest safety standards. Key responsibilities include:

• Leading daily on-site operations and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.

• Coordinating and supervising subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams.

• Ensuring compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and quality standards.

• Communicating effectively with project managers, clients, and stakeholders.

• Managing project documentation, including schedules, reports, and progress updates.

• Identifying and resolving any on-site issues promptly to keep projects moving forward smoothly.

Profile

The ideal candidate will be a seasoned construction professional with a strong background in managing commercial construction projects. Key qualifications include:

• 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent in the commercial construction industry.

• Strong leadership and communication skills.

• Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects.

• Knowledge of industry safety regulations and best practices.

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, project plans, and technical documents.
