Description

The Process Engineer will report directly into the Engineering Manager and be responsible for:

• Analyze, design, and improve manufacturing processes to increase efficiency, quality, and sustainability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address production challenges.
• Develop and implement process improvements using Lean, Six Sigma, or other methodologies.
• Monitor and evaluate process performance, utilizing data-driven analysis and KPIs.
• Conduct root cause analysis to resolve quality or efficiency issues.
• Lead trials and validations for new materials, equipment, or processes.
• Support maintenance and engineering teams with troubleshooting and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.

Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or related engineering field.
• 3-5 years in a manufacturing environment, preferably in plastics or related industries.
• Strong understanding of extrusion, thermoforming, injection molding, or related processes.
• Proficiency in CAD software and process simulation tools.
• Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
