Construction Superintendent - $20M Projects - Cranston, RI
Looking for an experienced Superintendent to join a well established GC with top notch company culture to lead projects in the public sector up to $20M. This candidate will be responsible for managing and supervising on-site construction activities, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget. They collaborate with subcontractors, communicate with project teams, and uphold quality standards to achieve successful project outcomes.

Profile
In return for a generous compensation package, the successful candidates will possess the following:
- 6+ years of experience building commercial projects
- Unrestricted MA CSL is preferred
- Excellent communication & time-management skills
- Familiarity with Procore and other softwares
- The ability to lead a team effectively and efficiently
Job Offer
