Construction Manager-Luxury Developer
My client are seeking an experienced Construction Manager to lead the execution of various real estate projects. Reporting to the Director of Construction, you will be responsible for guiding the applicable projects from the design documentation phase through construction to the end of the warranty period.

Description
- Assist the Director of Construction in overseeing assigned projects through all phases, including design development, plan review, construction, and final delivery.
- Ensure that all necessary construction information is shared with both the contractor and development team in a timely manner to guarantee the success of the project.
- Manage the design team during the construction phase to ensure smooth collaboration and project progress.
- Work closely with the Director of Construction to maintain oversight of project budgets, schedules, and construction quality.
- Support and implement company-wide construction systems and policies to promote efficient teamwork and achieve both individual and collective goals.
Profile
- Experience managing construction projects for an owner/developer, including overseeing design teams during the creation of working drawings, managing general contractors throughout the construction process, delivering the finished product to customers, and managing ongoing warranty programs.
- Hands-on experience in delivering residential projects to buyers in roles such as development associate, construction professional, customer service representative, or similar positions across multiple projects.
- Familiarity with construction standards for fit and finishes, as well as both commercial and residential building systems.
- Knowledge of Arizona real estate development a plus.
Job Offer
$130,000-$150,000 depending on experience
