Superintendent Public Work - Miami

We are seeking an experienced Superintendent to oversee public works projects in Miami, Florida. This role involves managing the daily operations on-site, ensuring quality, safety, and timely project completion.

Description

• Oversee all on-site construction activities for public works projects, ensuring compliance with plans, specifications, and safety regulations.
• Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to maintain workflow and schedules.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to project timelines.
• Manage site personnel, including scheduling, task delegation, and performance monitoring.
• Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise on-site, maintaining clear communication with stakeholders.
• Ensure all work is completed according to contract requirements and within budget constraints.

Profile

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Superintendent, preferably with a focus on public works projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and quality control standards.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage and motivate a diverse team.
• Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and other construction documents.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.
