Mechanical Engineering Manager

Description
- Oversee and manage engineering projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize manufacturing processes and improve efficiency.
- Lead, mentor, and support the engineering team to achieve departmental goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on production and quality standards.
- Evaluate and implement new technologies to enhance product development and manufacturing capabilities.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company standards for safety and quality.
- Analyze data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Prepare and present technical reports and updates to senior leadership.
Profile
- A strong background in engineering within the Industrial / Manufacturing industry.
- Bachelors degree in Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 3+ years' experience managing Engineering teams
- Proven track record leading product design & development initiatives from start to finish, in timely manners and within budgets
- Experience with process optimization and implementing innovative solutions.
- Knowledge of industry regulations and safety standards.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a detail-oriented mindset.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively with diverse teams.
Job Offer
- Base Salary $140,000 - $160,000 Depending on Experience
- 3 Weeks PTO + Company Holidays
