Retail Renovation Superintendent
We are seeking an experienced Retail/TI Superintendent to lead a fast-paced renovation project in a major public market environment. This role offers visibility, autonomy, and a clear path to senior leadership as the project pipeline expands.

Description
- Lead day-to-day site operations for a 15,000 square foot retail TI renovation
- Coordinate subcontractors, schedules, safety, and quality on site
- Partner closely with the Project Manager to drive delivery milestones
- Control site logistics, inspections, and issue resolution
- Represent the company professionally with owners and consultants
Profile
A successful Retail Superintendent should have:
- 5-10+ years' experience as a Superintendent on commercial projects
- Retail TI, multifamily, or renovation project exposure preferred
- Strong leadership and jobsite control skills
- Solid understanding of schedules, subcontractor scopes, and safety
- Based in or open to travel around central Ohio
Job Offer
- Salary of $100,000-$115,000 plus 15% bonus
- Monthly vehicle allowance, benefits package, 401(k), and ESOP
- Clear progression to Senior or General Superintendent roles
