The candidate is responsible for processing global cash dividends, fixed income events, and managing associated reconciliations, tax treaties, and risk mitigation strategies. Description

• Manage the end-to-end processing of global cash dividends and domestic principal and interest (P&I) events.
• Leverage expertise in international markets, including Asia, Europe, and Latin America.
• Apply knowledge of tax treaties, withholding tax rates, and oversee tax reclaim processes.
• Collaborate with depots, trustees, agent banks, and industry clearing houses to ensure seamless operations.
• Utilize systems such as Euroclear/EUCLID and the DTC CA Web Portal for event processing.
• Handle coupon interest payments and implement bond factor adjustments as required.
• Perform reconciliations for open payables and receivables to maintain accuracy.
• Conduct pre- and post-event reconciliations to ensure efficiency in processing.
• Monitor control accounts, cash balances, and positions to provide reports for senior management.

• Possess in-depth knowledge of global cash dividends, fixed income events, international markets, and tax treaty applications.
• Demonstrate exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills to manage reconciliations, identify risks, and optimize processes.

• Have proven experience with systems like Euroclear/EUCLID and DTC CA Web Portal, along with proficiency in handling industry-specific tools and processes.
