Process Engineer - Plastics - Attleboro, MA
An accomplished Process Engineer is needed to optimize work flow, improve efficiency, and oversee manufacturing processes. This role requires a strong understanding of engineering principles and a hands-on approach to problem-solving.

Description
In this role, responsibilities will include:
- Developing, implementing, and monitoring process improvements within the manufacturing environment.
- Working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve company goals.
- Utilizing technical expertise to troubleshoot and resolve process-related issues.
- Documenting all processes and ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Conducting regular process audits and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Leading training sessions for team members on new processes.
- Participating in safety initiatives and maintain a safe working environment.
- Driving innovation by identifying opportunities for optimization and efficiency.
- SQF/ISO requirements compliance
Profile
A successful Process Engineer should have:
- A degree in Chemical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of process development and optimization.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- The ability to work well in a team environment.
- Proficiency in using CAD and other engineering software.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- 8+ years professional experience in technical engineering.
