Description
The CNC Programmer will be responsible for programming, setting up, and operating multi-axis CNC machines to manufacture high-quality parts.
The role involves interpreting customer drawings, planning machining operations, and ensuring accuracy through precise measurements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Program, set up, and operate CNC mills and lathes for complex components.
- Read and interpret technical drawings, determine machining sequences.
- Perform quality checks using advanced measuring tools and software.
Profile
The ideal CNC Programmer is a skilled machinist with experience in CNC programming and operation, capable of working independently from start to finish. Strong knowledge of machining practices, tooling, and shop math is essential.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of CNC machining/programming experience preferred.
- Proficiency with measuring instruments and shop mathematics.
- Ability to work collaboratively and maintain a strong work ethic.
