Sr Electrical Engineer - Precision Manufacturing - Keene, NH
The Senior Electrical Engineer will take the lead in shaping the future of ultra-precision machines! In this dynamic role, you will spearhead the specification, design, and validation of cutting-edge systems while leveraging your advanced expertise in electrical design. You'll also inspire and mentor junior engineers, working closely with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and excellence.

Description
This role reports directly into the Engineering Manager and is responsible for:
- Leading the design and engineering of advanced electrical systems, ensuring compliance with Machine Safety, EMC, and Low Voltage directives.
- Conducting product design reviews with cross-functional teams to develop cost-effective, scalable solutions.
- Creating and validating panel layouts, schematics, PCBs, and wire run lists using CAD, including documenting BOMs and routing instructions.
- Troubleshooting complex issues, including noise, transients, servo systems, and multi-axis controllers (e.g., PMAC).
- Contributing to user manuals and technical documentation to support end-users and technicians.
- Traveling up to 10% to customer sites.
Profile
A successful candidate will have:
- 7+ years of experience in a Electrical Engineering capacity
- Machine Control Systems and Precision Manufacturing knowledge a plus
- Hands on experience strongly preferred
- Design, review, validation skills for panel layouts, schematics, and PCB boards
- Ability to collaborate with cross functional teams
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
