Construction Superintendent - DSA - LA

We are looking for a Construction Superintendent with DSA experience to lead and manage construction projects in the Business Services industry. Description

• Oversee all phases of construction projects, ensuring compliance with DSA standards and regulations.
• Manage on-site activities, ensuring safety protocols and timelines are strictly adhered to.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and project teams to ensure seamless project execution.
• Inspect and monitor work progress to guarantee quality and compliance with project specifications.
• Prepare and maintain project schedules, budgets, and reports for stakeholders.
• Address and resolve any issues or delays that may arise during construction.
• Communicate effectively with clients, architects, and engineers to align on project goals.
• Ensure all construction documentation is up to date and accurate.

A successful Construction Superintendent - DSA should have:
