Lead Estimator - Mid-sized General Contractor (MA)
Our client, located in Canton, MA (with additional locations in NH & Western, MA) to join it's growing team!
Client Details
Our client is a reputable and established Commercial General Contractor based just 30 minutes Southwest of Boston - known for it's attention to detail and completing challenging projects quickly without comprimising quality.
Description
- Works with Operations Manager & Engineering to form costs & labor costs on special projects.
- Generates estimates & proposals for selected projects.
- Obtains bidders lists for projects that have been scoped & estimated.
- Actively pursues bid projects with timely follow up & awareness of project status.
- Assists walk-in customers with project & product inquiries.
Profile
- BS degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or Project Management preferred.
- Minimum one year of experience in the building/construction/property industry.
- Experience with conceptual estimating.
- Ground up project knowledge and experience.
Job Offer
- Base salary up to $165K (dependent on experience-level)
