Description

• Prepare and review financial statements for a portfolio of properties
• Analyze and reconcile bank statements and general ledgers
• Post journal entries for accrued expenses and revenue
• Maintain and record fixed assets
• Prepare and post all necessary journal entries
• Innovate and streamline accounting processes
• Liaise with internal and external auditors
• Assist with budget preparation and financial planning processes

Profile

A successful Property Accountant should have:

• Degree in Accounting or related field
• Knowledge of property management or real estate industry
• Proficient in Excel and property accounting software
• Strong understanding of accounting principles
