Assistant Superintendent - Commercial Construction

Description

• Assist the Superintendent with daily field operations on ground‑up commercial projects
• Coordinate subcontractors, schedules, site logistics, and safety compliance
• Help maintain documentation, RFIs, QA/QC, and progress reporting
• Support the delivery of projects on time and within budget
• Represent the company professionally with clients, design teams, and inspectors

Profile

• 2-3 years of construction experience (commercial preferred)
• Ideally one employer since graduating, plus internship experience is a bonus
• Assertive, career‑oriented, and highly motivated to learn
• No wood‑frame or multifamily experience required; ACHA experience is a plus, not mandatory
