Description

  • Oversee all phases of mid/high-rise construction projects, ensuring timely and cost-effective completion.
  • Manage project budgets and schedules, ensuring alignment with client expectations and organizational goals.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure compliance with design specifications and safety standards.
  • Lead project teams, fostering clear communication and accountability across all stakeholders.
  • Monitor project progress, identifying and addressing potential risks or delays proactively.
  • Prepare and present detailed project reports to senior leadership and clients.
  • Ensure adherence to local regulations and industry standards throughout all project phases.
  • Support business development efforts by contributing to project proposals and client relationships.

Profile
