Description

* Support PMs with job costing and change order tracking

* Maintain project documentation in Procore

* Assist with schedules, RFIs, and submittals

* Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors

* Track budgets, invoices, and cost reports

Profile

* 2-5 years' experience in construction roles

* Background in luxury residential or high‑end commercial work

* Procore experience required

* Strong interest in cost management and controls

* Detail‑oriented and eager to learn

Job Offer

Salary range: $80,000-$100,000
