CRM Manager - Campaigns - Luxury Retail Leader
The CRM Manager - Campaigns is a new role responsible for driving the strategy and execution of core business-as-usual (BAU) marketing and promotional campaigns across email, SMS, and offline direct mail channels. Reporting directly to the Head of Retention Marketing, this role will oversee a small team and manage campaigns across the US, Australia, and new Canadian markets.

The CRM Manager - Campaigns role is part of an exciting team, dedicated to delivering high-impact campaigns and retention strategies that increase customer engagement and loyalty.
Description
- Team Leadership: Lead and inspire a team of three, including two BAU Associates (Email and Offline) and one Email Marketing Assistant, ensuring effective delivery of channel goals.
- Campaign Execution: Oversee the strategy, content, cadence, and segmentation for email, SMS, and direct mail communications across key markets.
- Collaboration with Retail Team: Work closely with the US Retail marketing team to ensure that marketing activities are aligned with retail-specific needs and uncover promotion opportunities for in-store and online customers.
- Cross-Department Coordination: Partner with internal stakeholders, including UK-based marketing, web, and creative teams, to ensure a cohesive and consistent brand message.
- Performance Analysis: Own the reporting and analysis for email, SMS, and direct mail, using insights to optimize future marketing strategies.
- Customer Experience: Ensure that all customer-facing communications are brand-aligned, accurate, and enhance the overall customer experience.
- Ad Hoc Projects: Manage special retention projects as directed by the Head of Retention Marketing.
Profile
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years in CRM, lifecycle marketing, or a similar role with experience in end-to-end campaign management.
- Retail Experience: Experience in retail marketing is preferred, especially in campaign management and customer retention strategies. Accustomed to working in a fast pace retail enviornment.
- Team Leadership: Proven experience managing at least one direct report and fostering a productive, collaborative team environment.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with email marketing platforms such as Adobe Campaign, Bloomreach, or similar tools. SMS and direct mail experience is a plus.
- Analytical Mindset: Experience analyzing campaign data and translating insights into actionable marketing strategies to improve performance.
- Project Management: Ability to handle multiple projects and priorities simultaneously while managing the workload of a small team.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills; comfortable liaising with various stakeholders.
- Problem-Solving: Exceptional attention to detail and a solutions-driven mindset.
