Description
- Project Evaluation: Review project documents and assess site conditions.
- Quantity Takeoffs: Calculate accurate material, labor, and equipment needs.
- Cost Estimation: Price labor, materials, and subcontractor services based on market rates.
- Subcontractor Management: Solicit bids, evaluate proposals, and negotiate contracts.
- Risk Analysis: Identify project risks and develop contingency plans.
- Bid Preparation: Compile and present detailed bid packages.
- Collaboration: Work closely with project managers, engineers, and clients to ensure estimate accuracy and project alignment.

Profile
- 10+ years experience with a general contractor (can include a mix of project estimation, project management, and/or field experience)
- MUST have previous design build project experience on ground-up new builds >$25 million
- 4 year Bachelors degree in construction management, civil engineering, or related field of study preferred
- Advanced level degree preferred but not required
- Must have an outstanding business acumen and professional demeanor to manage client relationships
- Possess the team's values of integrity, humility, and self-improvement
- Software proficiency with the following preferred but not required: REVIT, 3D Models, AutoDesk, Onscreen Takeoff
Job Offer
- Base salary 100-125K contigent on candidate experience
- Lucrative bonus structure (uncapped) over 20% annually
- $800/month vehicle allowance
