Description
Director of Safety - Norton, MA - $200k - Responsibilities
- Lead and develop safety strategies across all project sites to ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards.
- Conduct Toolbox Talks and provide consistent safety training to the workforce, ensuring that safety measures are communicated effectively and adhered to at all times.
- Design, implement, and optimize safety systems, processes, and checklists for better organization and adherence to safety protocols.
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure safety concerns are addressed proactively, and solutions are implemented in real-time.
- Use online safety tools (Procore, Playocity) to monitor and improve safety operations across various sites, and train staff on their usage.
- Some national travel (1-2 site visits per month) is required, with travel and accommodation covered by the company.

Job Offer
Director of Safety - Norton, MA - $200k - Will receive
- Competitive base salary, negotiable based on experience (up to $200k)
