Description

• Create detailed cost estimates for construction projects.
  
• Coordinate with project managers to optimize project execution.
  
• Analyze project data to inform bidding strategies.
  
• Collaborate with suppliers and contractors to ensure competitive pricing.
  
• Monitor project progress to identify and mitigate potential cost overruns.
  
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and pricing dynamics.
  
• Contribute to the development of project budgets and schedules.
  
• Participate in project meetings and provide expert advice on cost-related matters.
  

Profile

• A degree in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or a related field.
  
• Proven experience in cost estimation within the construction industry.
  
• Excellent numerical skills and attention to detail.
  
• Proficiency in estimation software and standard office applications.
  
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  
• Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple projects.
