Commercial Construction Project Manager
A Commercial Construction Project Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing construction projects from inception to completion. They ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards, while adhering to safety regulations

Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in commercial construction project management.
- Proven track record of managing commercial projects such as retail, office buildings, or industrial projects, preferably with budgets ranging from $1 million to $10 million.
- Strong knowledge of local building codes and regulations in Pennsylvania.
- Proficiency in construction management software (e.g., Procore, Buildertrend).
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
