Description
The Manufacturing Site Lead will report directly into the Plant Manager and be responsible for:
- Lead day-to-day operations of the manufacturing site, ensuring safety, quality, delivery, and cost targets are met.
- Develop and implement continuous improvement initiatives focused on lean manufacturing, efficiency, and waste reduction.
- Mentor and manage a team of supervisors, engineers, and production staff to foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and excellence.
- Drive KPIs and metrics tracking to support strategic decision-making.
- Partner with senior leadership on production planning, capital projects, and long-term growth strategies.

Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field (MBA a plus).
- 7+ years of progressive leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Proven track record of leading teams, driving operational improvements, and managing cross-functional initiatives.
- Deep understanding of lean principles, Six Sigma, and modern manufacturing practices.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
