Description
- Collaborate with plant leadership to design and execute strategic HR initiatives aligned with business objectives.
- Lead workforce planning, succession planning, and restructuring efforts to address organizational needs and future growth.
- Manage complex employee relations issues, conducting thorough investigations and ensuring compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.
- Act as a trusted advisor on performance management, offering guidance on coaching, career development, and disciplinary actions.
- Drive employee engagement by creating initiatives that enhance morale, productivity, and retention.
- Analyze HR metrics to identify trends and develop actionable strategies to address challenges and opportunities.
- Oversee the design and implementation of training and development programs to enhance workforce skills and capabilities.
- Partner with HR colleagues to maintain consistent policies and processes that align with company values and operational goals.
Profile
- 8+ years of progressive HR experience, including a strategic business partner role within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong expertise in employment law, compliance, and HR policy implementation.
- Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships across all organizational levels and influence decision-making.
- Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to navigate complex challenges.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
- Bachelor's degree required; HR certifications (e.g., SPHR, SHRM-SCP) are a plus.
Job Offer
- Competitive salary: $105,000 - $110,000
