Description
Residential Property Manager - Boston, MA - $95k - Responsibilities
Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with homeowners, meeting with them regularly to address their needs and provide personalized service.
Property Management: Oversee a portfolio of 120 residential accounts across Boston and Metro West, ensuring timely maintenance and high-quality service.
Project Management: Handle minor projects (with budgets under $250K), from initial design to completion, without the need for detailed architectural drawings.
Troubleshooting & Problem Solving: Address HVAC, door/window/trim issues, and other property concerns.
Team Collaboration: Work under the Senior Service Manager to ensure smooth project execution and provide guidance to junior staff members.
Communication: Provide clear, professional communication both verbally and in writing with homeowners, vendors, and internal teams.

Job Offer

Compensation: $65K - $95K, depending on experience
