Business Development Manager

The ideal candidate will be based in Phoenix and will focus on expanding the company's client base and project portfolio across the western U.S.

Description

• Develop and execute a business development strategy to secure new QSR and restaurant projects.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, franchisees, owners, and key decision-makers.
• Identify and track new project opportunities across Arizona, California, and Colorado.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including estimating and preconstruction, to ensure project feasibility and competitive proposals.
• Represent the company at industry events, networking opportunities, and client meetings.

Profile

A successful Business Development Manager should have:

• Phoenix-based preferred, but remote for candidates with proven success winning $5-15+ million commercial projects.
• Strong network and experience in commercial construction business development.
• Deep understanding of restaurant/QSR construction requirements, timelines, and challenges.
• Proven ability to generate leads, build client relationships, and close deals.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
