A well-established and respected national general contractor with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality projects across multiple sectors. The business is experiencing significant growth and is now looking to appoint an experienced Business Development Manager to join their Scottsdale office.

Description

• Identify, target, and develop relationships with new and existing clients across key commercial sectors.
• Drive lead generation efforts and maintain a healthy pipeline of opportunities.
• Attend industry networking events, trade shows, and client meetings to promote the company brand and capabilities.
• Collaborate with the preconstruction and estimating teams to position competitive and winning proposals.
• Track, report, and forecast business development activities to senior leadership.
• Stay informed on market trends, competitor activity, and upcoming projects.

Profile

• Proven track record in business development within the construction industry (preferably with a general contractor).
• Strong network and knowledge of the Arizona construction market.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work strategically while delivering results in a competitive market.

Job Offer

• Base Salary: $140,000 - $170,000 (DOE)
