Regional Sales Manager - Electronics - Weymouth, MA
The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth and building strong customer relationships within the New England territory. This role will involve developing and executing strategic sales plans, identifying new business opportunities, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and revenue targets are met.

Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market share in the New England region.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including prospecting and qualifying leads, conducting product demonstrations, and negotiating contracts.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and partners to drive loyalty and repeat business.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to address customer needs and ensure a seamless sales process.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts, reports, and presentations for management review.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote company products and network with potential customers and partners.
- Act as a brand ambassador, representing our values and commitment to excellence in all interactions.
Profile
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably in the electronics or technology industry.
- Strong understanding of sales techniques, strategies, and best practices.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel within the New England region as needed.
