As the Financial Systems Analyst, you will have ownership of the development of the financial consolidation system while acting as the liaison between the senior leaders cross-functionally to ensure data is accurate. In this role, you will gain a ton of visibility to progress up in your career!

Description

• Maintain and optimize application metadata, reports, and data interface mappings for efficient data loads and consolidations.
• Establish and uphold stringent application security measures to protect sensitive information.
• Provide ongoing support for a legacy application to submit financial data to corporate.
• Ensure data integrity by promptly identifying and resolving issues.
• Customize financial reports to meet evolving business needs and objectives.
• Engage with users to address training requirements and troubleshoot any user-related issues.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand business needs and develop effective solutions.
• Develop and refine comprehensive processes and procedures for accurate and timely financial reporting.
• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing processes, as well as forecasting and financial planning cycles.
• Utilize expertise to identify opportunities for enhancing system application usage and processes to improve efficiency and quality assurance.
• Actively participate in SOX compliance audits.

Profile

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
• 2+ years of accounting experience
• Strong accounting knowledge
• Manufacturing experience a plus
• ERP system experience nice to have
• Strong verbal and written communication
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
