Construction Estimator- Tulsa
Our client, located in Tulsa, is seeking an Estimator to join its growing team. The construction Estimator will be vital in helping the team with preconstruction work while reporting directly to Preconstruction Manager.
Client Details
Our client has been providing engineering, construction, & project management services to public & private clients across the Tulsa market for over 20 years. This construction firm specializes in new construction and tenant improvement projects in the commercial construction industry.
Description
- Works with Operations Manager & Engineering to form costs & labor costs on special projects.
- Generates estimates & proposals for selected projects.
- Obtains bidders lists for projects that have been scoped & estimated.
- Actively pursues bid projects with timely follow up & awareness of project status.
- Assists walk-in customers with project & product inquiries.
Profile
- BS degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or Project Management preferred
- Minimum one year of experience in the building/construction/property industry
- Experience with conceptual estimating
- Ground up project knowledge and experience
