Description

In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Overseeing the maintenance of all company machinery and mechanical systems.
• Coordinating with different departments to ensure consistent maintenance schedules.
• Implementing preventive maintenance measures to avoid unexpected breakdowns.
• Ensuring compliance with all safety and regulatory standards.
• Managing maintenance budget and expenses.
• Training and developing the maintenance team for efficient operations.
• Coordinating with suppliers for the procurement of necessary tools and parts.
• Providing timely and detailed reports on maintenance activities to upper management.
• Leading projects within the plant to be completed and on time.

Profile

A successful Plant Maintenance Manager should have:

• A solid understanding of mechanical and electrical systems.
• Strong leadership and managerial skills.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a hands-on approach to work.
• Proven experience in managing maintenance schedules.
• Strong knowledge of safety and regulatory standards in the industry.
