My client, a Milwaukee-based General Contractor, is a values driven contractor that has been operating in the construction space for over 5 decades. Description
- Oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects from start to finish.
- Manage project budgets, ensuring costs stay within approved limits while optimizing resources.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, building codes, and safety standards.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure timely completion.
- Monitor progress and adjust schedules, addressing any delays or issues that arise.
- Communicate regularly with clients, providing updates on project status and addressing concerns.
- Negotiate contracts and manage relationships with clients, suppliers, and contractors.
Profile
- 3+ years of running construction projects
- Commercial construction experience
- Client facing experience and ability to foster client relationships
- Excellent written and verbal skills
- Ability to work both independently and within a team
- Passion for construction
