Construction Multifamily Project Manager

We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Project Manager with 5-8 years of experience in multifamily construction. This individual will play a key role in managing the full project lifecycle-from pre-con through close-out. The ideal candidate is a proactive leader with a deep understanding of construction best practices and a strong ability to manage multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

Description

• Oversee all phases of multifamily construction projects, from planning to completion

• Coordinate and lead internal teams, subcontractors, consultants, and vendors

• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and documentation

• Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and quality control processes

• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes

• Facilitate regular site visits and progress meetings

• Report project updates to senior leadership and ownership groups

Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field

• 5-8 years of project management experience in the multifamily sector

• Proven track record delivering ground-up and/or substantial renovation multifamily projects

• Strong knowledge of construction methods, contracts, and scheduling software (Procore, MS Project, etc.)

• Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills

• Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities
