Description
Key Responsibilities as a Quality Manager:
Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive quality assurance policies and procedures.
Monitor production processes to detect issues early and enforce corrective actions when necessary.
Oversee vendor and contractor compliance with quality standards and provide guidance on improvements.
Maintain accurate quality documentation, reports, and metrics for regulatory and management review.
Train and mentor staff on quality protocols, best practices, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Profile
Requirements as a Quality Manager:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline with several years of experience in quality management or manufacturing environments.
In-depth understanding of quality assurance processes, testing methods, and compliance standards.
Skilled in using MRP systems, Microsoft Office, and quality tracking/reporting tools.
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication abilities, capable of guiding and developing a team.
