Description

Key Responsibilities as a Quality Manager:

  • Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive quality assurance policies and procedures.

  • Monitor production processes to detect issues early and enforce corrective actions when necessary.

  • Oversee vendor and contractor compliance with quality standards and provide guidance on improvements.

  • Maintain accurate quality documentation, reports, and metrics for regulatory and management review.

  • Train and mentor staff on quality protocols, best practices, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Profile

Requirements as a Quality Manager:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline with several years of experience in quality management or manufacturing environments.

  • In-depth understanding of quality assurance processes, testing methods, and compliance standards.

  • Skilled in using MRP systems, Microsoft Office, and quality tracking/reporting tools.

  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication abilities, capable of guiding and developing a team.
