Project Manager - Multi-family - Bridgewater

Description

As Project Manager, you will:

• Lead and manage multifamily construction projects from start to finish
• Oversee project schedules, budgets, and quality standards
• Coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, and clients
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
• Utilize Procore for project management and documentation
• Split time between the Bridgewater office and job sites across Greater Boston
• Drive problem-solving and maintain strong communication throughout the project lifecycle

Profile

• Minimum 2+ years of experience as a Project Manager in construction
• Proven ability to manage multifamily projects (wood frame over concrete preferred)
• Proficiency in Procore is a must
• Strong organizational and leadership skills
• Ability to commute to Bridgewater and job sites (within 1-1.2 hours)
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills
