Project Manager - Multi-family - Bridgewater
We are seeking a mid-senior level Project Manager to oversee multifamily construction projects in the Greater Boston area. This is an opportunity to join a dynamic team delivering high-profile projects while enjoying a collaborative, family-oriented culture.

Our client is a well-established, family-owned general contractor headquartered in Bridgewater, MA. With decades of experience and a strong reputation, they have grown into one of New England's premier builders, managing projects across multifamily, senior living, mixed-use, hospitality, and academic sectors. Their portfolio includes large-scale developments and specialized projects, supported by a diversified backlog and a commitment to quality.
Description
As Project Manager, you will:
- Lead and manage multifamily construction projects from start to finish
- Oversee project schedules, budgets, and quality standards
- Coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, and clients
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
- Utilize Procore for project management and documentation
- Split time between the Bridgewater office and job sites across Greater Boston
- Drive problem-solving and maintain strong communication throughout the project lifecycle
Profile
- Minimum 2+ years of experience as a Project Manager in construction
- Proven ability to manage multifamily projects (wood frame over concrete preferred)
- Proficiency in Procore is a must
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Ability to commute to Bridgewater and job sites (within 1-1.2 hours)
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills
