Senior Estimator
We are seeking a detail-oriented Senior Estimator to join our dynamic team in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. This key role offers the opportunity to lead the preconstruction process and play a crucial part in delivering high-value projects across various sectors.

Description
- Lead the preparation of detailed cost estimates for large-scale construction projects, including materials, labor, and equipment.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure accuracy and competitiveness in proposals.
- Conduct thorough risk assessments and develop strategies for cost management.
- Research market trends and maintain updated knowledge of pricing for materials, labor, and construction techniques.
- Attend pre-bid meetings and coordinate the bid submission process within deadlines.
Profile
The ideal candidate has a proven track record of success as a Senior Estimator in the construction industry, with at least 7-10 years of experience. They possess strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and a solid understanding of construction practices and software such as Bluebeam and Procore. A degree in Construction Management or a related field is preferred, along with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to thrive under deadlines.
