Senior Estimator
We are looking for an experienced Senior Estimator to lead the cost estimation and bid preparation for commercial and residential construction projects in the Fort Lauderdale area. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who can manage complex budgets and ensure project profitability.

Description
- Prepare accurate, detailed cost estimates for residential and commercial construction projects.
- Analyze blueprints, specifications, and project plans to determine necessary materials, labor, and timelines.
- Collaborate with project managers, subcontractors, and vendors to assess and align costs with project goals.
- Lead bid processes, including assembling proposals and preparing cost analyses for clients.
- Conduct risk analysis and identify cost-saving opportunities throughout the project lifecycle.
- Maintain and update estimating database with current pricing and cost information.
Profile
The ideal candidate will have at least 8-10 years of estimating experience in the construction industry, with a strong background in both commercial and residential projects. They will have excellent analytical skills, advanced proficiency in estimating software (such as ProEst, PlanSwift, or similar), and strong interpersonal skills to work closely with project teams and clients. A Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
