Project Manager - Public Construction - Westchester
This is an exciting opportunity for a Project Manager with expertise in Wicks Law to lead and manage construction projects in New York. Description
- Oversee all aspects of construction projects, ensuring compliance with Wicks Law requirements.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, architects, and engineers to ensure project timelines and budgets are maintained.
- Manage on-site operations, including scheduling, safety, and quality control.
- Prepare and review project documentation, including contracts, permits, and reports.
- Maintain clear communication with stakeholders to provide updates and address concerns.
- Identify and mitigate risks to ensure smooth project execution.
- Ensure adherence to local and state regulations, including Wicks Law compliance.
- Lead and mentor project teams to achieve project goals.
Profile
A successful Project Manager should have:
- A strong understanding of Wicks Law and its application in construction projects.
- A background in property and construction project management.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills to handle complex projects.
