Description

• Oversee all aspects of construction projects, ensuring compliance with Wicks Law requirements.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, architects, and engineers to ensure project timelines and budgets are maintained.
• Manage on-site operations, including scheduling, safety, and quality control.
• Prepare and review project documentation, including contracts, permits, and reports.
• Maintain clear communication with stakeholders to provide updates and address concerns.
• Identify and mitigate risks to ensure smooth project execution.
• Ensure adherence to local and state regulations, including Wicks Law compliance.
• Lead and mentor project teams to achieve project goals.

Profile

A successful Project Manager should have:
