Concrete Project Manager
- Project Manager experienced in vertical concrete construction.
- $10-30M commercial construction projects throughout South Florida focusing on shell.

This Fort Lauderdale, FL-based construction company is a leading specialty concrete contractor in the South Florida market with many excellent clients and a steady pipeline of commercial concrete/ structural projects such as industrial buildings, healthcare facilities, entertainment/ sports facilities, etc. This company is looking to add a project manager with a background in shell/ concrete work.
Description
- Manage commercial construction projects through shell.
- Oversee budgeting, scheduling, and subcontractor coordination to ensure on-time and within-budget project delivery.
- Ensure quality control and adherence to safety regulations and company standards.
- Maintain strong client relationships and communicate effectively with all project stakeholders.
- Utilize project management software to track progress, financials, and reporting.
Profile
- 5+ years of project management experience in vertical shell commercial construction.
- Strong understanding of commercial construction processes, scheduling, and budgeting.
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field preferred.
- Proficiency in Procore, Microsoft Project, or similar construction management software is a plus.
