Assistant Superintendent - Multifamily Builder - Travel
Well-known multifamily developer seeking to hire a motivated Assistant Superintendent! Plenty of work lined up with an excellent team in place, this will be a great opportunity to quickly advance within the company on future projects.
Client Details
Our client has been a namesake in the multifamily market within Carolinas & Mid Atlantic for over 25 years. Projects include wood frame garden style apartments, typically value between $40-60 million each. They are currently preparing for a busy 2024-2025 and seeking an Assistant Superintendent to complete the team. Description
- Assist in the coordination of all on-site construction progress
- Assist the Lead Superintendent in managing all subcontractors
- Ensure the project is being completed according to budget & schedule
- Track daily reports
- Communicate regularly with the Project Management team
- Other duties as assigned
Travel will include sites through NC, SC, and VA. You will be able to go home every weekend!
Profile
- 2+ years of construction experience with a general contractor or builder developer
- Strengths must include scheduling & quality control
- MUST have previous multifamily construction experience 3+ floors
- Experience with ProCore construction software preferred
- Positive attitude, punctual, great communication skills
Job Offer
- Base salary 80,000-100,000 contingent on experience
