Personal Assistant
The Executive/Personal Assistant will support the leading principal with business and personal support. The ideal candidate will have previous experience supporting a high-net worth individual and be extremely detailed oriented.

Description
- Act as right hand and gatekeeper to principal
- Assist and support with daily operations of the principal's personal support & business support
- Assist with coordinating busy calendars, scheduling, travel, packages, home management support (e.g., prepping for guests, coordinating with housekeepers)
- Heavy project management and constant communication (emails/text/notes)
- Work alongside Chief of Staff, head of facilities, additional Personal Assistants, and additional office locations
- Handle sensitive information with discretion
Profile
- Must have prior experience as an Executive and/or Personal Assistant
- Must be local to the Greater NYC areas and be able to work in-office
- Service-oriented, proactive, detail-obsessed, and tech-savvy (OneNote, project tools, texting)
- Prior experience in a fast paced work environment, supporting a c-level executive
- Travel within the Greater NYC areas as needed
- Must be incredibly organized, polished, and able to manage shifting priorities and high expectations
- Ability to work after-hours and weekends
