TA Coordinator
This entry-level recruiting role focuses exclusively on interviewing and hiring teachers, conducting about 8-10 interviews per day while partnering with a larger recruiting team. The position is hybrid (3 days onsite), uses Greenhouse ATS

Description
Conduct high-volume interviews (approximately 8-10 per day) with candidates applying for teaching positions.
Evaluate candidate qualifications and assess alignment with the organization's hiring standards.
Manage interview scheduling and candidate communication throughout the hiring process.
Utilize the Greenhouse applicant tracking system to track candidates and interview feedback.
Collaborate with the recruiting team and sourcers to move qualified candidates through the hiring pipeline efficiently.

Successful Candidate Profile:
A successful candidate will be highly organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, structured environment. They should have strong communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to manage multiple priorities, and a Bachelor's degree is required. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, adaptable, and able to collaborate effectively with team members while maintaining professionalism and efficiency in their day-to-day responsibilities.
