Project Manager- Commercial Renovations

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee commercial renovation projects throughout South Florida, with occasional travel to Orlando-based jobs. This role will manage projects from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring schedules, budgets, and quality standards are met.

Our client is a well-established General Contractor specializing in commercial renovation work across retail, office, and mixed-use spaces. They are known for repeat clients, fast-paced projects, and a collaborative team culture that values accountability and professionalism.

Description

• Manage commercial renovation projects from kickoff through final turnover

• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and cost reports

• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, inspectors, and internal teams

• Lead project meetings and maintain clear communication with clients and stakeholders

• Utilize Procore for project documentation, RFIs, submittals, and change orders

• Ensure compliance with safety standards, contract documents, and local codes

• Travel occasionally to Orlando to support active projects as needed

Profile

• Proven experience as a Project Manager on commercial renovation projects

• Strong working knowledge of Procore

• Background in retail, office, or similar interior renovation environments

• Highly organized with strong communication and leadership skills

• Comfortable managing multiple projects in a fast-paced setting

• Open to occasional travel within Florida, specifically to Orlando
