We are seeking a detail-oriented Assistant Project Manager to join a team specializing in large multifamily developments. This role involves managing construction projects, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining quality standards in the Boston area.

Description
- Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of large multifamily construction projects.
- Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to ensure project timelines and budgets are met.
- Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays promptly.
- Prepare and review project documentation, including contracts, schedules, and budgets.
- Communicate effectively with contractors, suppliers, and team members to maintain project alignment.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards on all project sites.
- Support the procurement process by sourcing materials and negotiating with vendors.
- Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on project status.

Profile
A successful Assistant Project Manager should have:
- A background in construction management, engineering, or a related field.
