Description
The Superintendent - Large Projects - K-12, Healthcare, Office - DC will have the following responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee the day-to-day operations of construction projects, ensuring that work is completed on time, within budget, and according to the project specifications.
- Manage and coordinate subcontractors, ensuring high-quality work and adherence to safety protocols.
- Monitor and maintain project schedules, resolve any issues, and ensure smooth project progression.
- Maintain clear communication with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders, ensuring alignment and successful project delivery.
Profile
The Superintendent - Large Projects - K-12, Healthcare, Office - DC will have the following qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction, with at least 4 years as a Superintendent.
- Extensive project experience, particularly in healthcare, affordable housing, recreation, higher education, K-12, libraries, multifamily, and office spaces.
- Proven experience managing projects in the $20-40 million range.
- General Contractor (GC) experience, preferably with companies like HITT, Winmar, or Clark.
- Expertise in handling subcontractors and running large-scale projects.
Job Offer
The Superintendent - Large Projects - K-12, Healthcare, Office - DC will receive the following:
- Salary: $110,000 - $130,000 annually.
- Car Allowance: $500 per month.
- Annual Bonus: Up to 10% discretionary bonus.
