Superintendent - Commercial Construction

• Oversee field operations on fast-paced commercial construction projects including grocery renovations, grocery-anchored retail, industrial tilt-up, and medical facilities.

Description

• Oversee day-to-day field operations to ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget

• Coordinate subcontractors, inspections, and site logistics

• Enforce safety standards and maintain quality control across all phases

• Communicate daily with project management and senior field leadership

• Track progress, resolve site issues, and mitigate potential delays

• Maintain jobsite documentation, daily reports, and punch lists

• Support project closeout and turnover activities

Profile

• Experience as a Superintendent on commercial construction projects

• Grocery renovation, retail, industrial, medical, or school experience preferred

• Open to junior or senior-level candidates depending on project background

• Comfortable with occasional regional travel when projects require it

• Strong communication and leadership skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, renovation-driven environment
